You will receive a call from a Product Specialist 1 day after your software arrives, or is downloaded, simply to see if they can be of any help to you in installing or setting up the software. This proactive service has no cost to you; we just want to make sure you are off to a good start. We can do this because we have a direct relationship with you and your business!

This technical assistance is performed either over the telephone or via the Internet. If you prefer to use the Internet then our team can take control of your computer to SHOW you what to do and/or how to do it.
  • Proactive product upgrades and enhancements are provided for VIP Subscription members. You will always have the most recent profit making tools at your disposal.

VIP Subscription

Technical support is not glamorous but we’re convinced it makes the difference. That’s why we take pride in our after sale client support. In fact, 92% of our clients rate our support as very good or excellent. We don’t push support onto dealers because it’s impossible for a dealer to provide you with the level of support you receive directly from the actual developers of the software.

Premium Support

This level of support is available for clients that would prefer to purchase upgrades on their own timeline instead of automatically receiving them. Toll-free and unlimited support is provided but upgrades are purchased separately. It’s the same great team helping you when you call but no proactive upgrades are provided. Upgrades are purchased on a release-by-release basis with this plan, which makes them pricier, but it may be an option that fits your needs.
